Within the framework of the UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Hydrology Programme (IHP) Phase IX (2022-2029): Science for a water secure world in a changing environment, the United Nations Educational, Sciences and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Vietnam in collaboration with the Institute of Water Resources Planning - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development organize YOUNG PROFESSIONAL FOR WATER FORUM 2023 with the theme “Water security and Climate resilience”.

 The YP4W Forum 2023 aims to bring together young professionals, academics, and experts to discuss and exchange ideas on challenges and innovative solutions for water security and climate resilience in the context of Vietnam. The YP4W forum also is expected to initiate a Young Professionals for Water Network in Vietnam, to serve as a platform to knowledge sharing, capacity building and promote youth-led initiatives in the water sector.
